First Degree Reiki Certification

Reiki is a wonderful modality that encompasses a holistic healing way of life. It enhances, balances, and heals mind, body and soul by using spiritual energy to heal ourselves, others and our environment.

Reiki Level One is a beginner’s workshop. There are no pre-requisites and no experience is necessary. The course runs over two separate days with a break in-between which gives time for you, the student, to connect with your inherent healing abilities, practice what you have learned at the first class and allow Reiki to become part of your everyday lives.

The agenda includes: The history, principles, and uses of Reiki; energy exercises; Reiki in relation to our bodies; preparations and considerations; Self-Reiki treatments, Treating others and 2 Reiki Attunements.

I am a Reiki Master / Teacher, with many years of Reiki experience. I provide a detailed manual and comprehensive training while keeping it relaxed, informative and fun, with plenty of time for sharing, learning, and practicing. A Reiki First Degree Certificate will be awarded upon completion, and I am also always available to students during and after courses for on-going support.
