Foodsafe Certification

 

Participants will learn how to avoid food borne illnesses through food safety techniques in the kitchen, such as the causes of food borne illnesses and developing a sense of food safety culture.  Upon successfully passing the final quiz, participants will receive a BC recognized certificate from VIHA, valid for 5 years.
