Using a basic approach to fitness, we will encourage the development of strength and stamina with medium-to-high intensity, core focused, full body workouts. You will be using a variety of equipment including dumbbells, bands, stability balls, kettle bells and your own body to activate every muscle in your body. Be prepared to work hard, have fun, and be safe!

Exercise modifications allow all fitness levels to participate from beginner to advanced.  You will be working at your own pace to achieve your fitness goals while working within a supportive team environment.

Tuesday: 6:30-7:30pm at Saseenos Elementary Gym
Thursday: 6:30-7:30pm at EMCS Gym
Saturday: 9:30-10:30am
at EMCS Gym
