Cook once. Eat well all week. Fill your freezer with wholesome, homemade meals.

Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where you’ll:

✔ Learn to make healthy choices using seasonal, local ingredients
✔ Prepare delicious dinners to take home
✔ Build freezer-ready meals for busy weeks
✔ Gain practical kitchen skills in a supportive environment

Program Fees

$50 + GST per person-3 meals / 6 portions

$40 + GST youth under 20

+$15 + GST per additional meal
(4 additional meals max per person)
