




Strength for Women 201: Rise & Refine
Take your strength journey to the next level with Strength for Women 201: Rise & Refine — a 4-week progressive program designed for women who have completed Strength 101 or have prior resistance training experience. This next-level course builds on the foundations of strength training and continues to develop confidence, technique, and overall power.
Through a combination of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and resistance bands, you'll challenge your body in new ways, enhance your movement patterns, and lift with intention. Expect empowering sessions that leave you feeling stronger, more capable, and supported by a community of like-minded women.
Whether you're ready to lift heavier, move better, or just want to feel like a badass in the gym — this class is for you.
When: Wednesdays in June (June 4, 11, 18, 25)
