Self Defence Workshop

This empowering self-defence workshop is essential for women of all ages with or without prior experience. We focus on sexual assault prevention and violence de-escalation through boundary setting and enforcement. You will practice key target areas for physical self-defence, as well as simple ways to keep safe and aware of your surroundings.
