Interested in BMX racing? We are too. That's why at Youth for Sooke, we've decided to host a BMX racing clinic for those new and beginner riders who want to learn or improve on their fundamental skillset. Over the course of the two days, our instructors will go through all the basics for BMX racing, while ensuring participants are supported and develop the best techniques possible.

WHAT DO I BRING?

Due to COVID-19, we can't supply any equipment or gear to participants during the clinic, but we can allow you to bring your own.

A list of all the items participants will need to bring include:

-Bike (Mountain or BMX recommended)

-Bike helmet (Full-face helmet highly

recommended)

-Water bottle/form of hydration

-Long sleeve shirt and pants

Optional Items include:

-Elbow and Knee Pads

-Neck Guard

-Gloves

WHAT ELSE IS OFFERED?

We're offering up pizza to all the riders! That's right, we'll be serving lunch to all those attending the clinic, with a variety of pizza to choose from.

BMX clinic lunch includes:

two slices of pizza, Gatorade/bottle of water, and your choice of chips.

Trying to get some BMX racing pics for Instagram? We've got a photographer to help with that. Just ask at the event for details!
