This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and experienced weekend warrior alike, combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. As you kick, block and punch your way to building stamina, improving coordination and flexibility all the while burning calories with this fun, stress reducing and challenging workout.
Our fitness kickboxing classes are non-contact, all punches and kicks are thrown into the air or onto pads.
No experience required!
If you have hand-wraps and boxing gloves please bring them with you.

Saturdays: 10:45-11:45PM EMCS Gym
