Spring Break
Strength & Conditioning 

A program for new and experienced athletes. Each session will include strength, conditioning & power with several specific lifting and movement skills being taught. Proper lifting techniques and exercises for sport explosiveness will be coached & emphasized.

Dates: March 20 - 24

Time: 9am - 3pm

Location: EMCS weight room

Cost: $0 (you read that right - FREE!)

Ages: 14 - 18

*Snacks and Drinks provided
