Learn how to care for sourdough starter, and start/finish a new batch of sourdough from your home!  Kit will make 2 large loaves of bread, plus extra for burger buns or sandwich buns/baguettes. 

*Kit includes all ingredients, participants will be required to have own baking equipment with a clean oven for high temperature baking (so no smoking in the oven occurs).

Kits provided upon enrollment, either with pickup at:

6929 West Coast Rd (Road to Sooke Café is located inside the lobby of the Prestige Hotel and Resort, Sooke) or delivery within Sooke core area for $5 delivery fee.

Cost: $45

Time: Course will be delivered on Wednesday and Friday from 6-7pm.  

Date:    Session 1: June 9 & 11

             Session 3: June 23 & 25
