Our Day-to-Day: Stories of Sooke's Youth

PhotoVoice Project

We wanted to promote a better understanding of the young people in Sooke. So, we asked youth (12-26) to take pictures of the issues they face, their passions, accomplishments and overall experiences on a day-to-day basis. Photos were then displayed at the Sooke Music & Art Festival for the community to analyze.

Check them out to gain a new appreciation for the young people in your community and hopefully disprove any negative stereotypes you might hold about youth.
