Meditation Foundations

 An introductory class for learning to relax in order to access natural states of awareness. For those who want to develop a sense of peace and harmony in their lives and within themselves, this class will provide students a deeper understanding of how meditation can be a tool for self knowledge.  This class is based on the techniques used in autogenic relaxation. No previous experience necessary.

Instructor: Siri Bright has been practicing meditation for over 7 years and has studied from many different teachers and traditions. She sees meditation as a pathway for cultivating mindfulness, relaxation and harmony in ones life.
