Dairy-Free Cheese and Gluten-Free Bread Workshop:
Saturday January 25
in February. Using Natural ingredients, you'll learn how to make your very own natural dairy and gluten free Bread and cheese with this hands on workshop. Designed for people with dairy and gluten intolerance's or for those with a preference for Dairy and gluten free lifestyles. Take homes will be Dairy Free Cheese and Gluten Free Bread.
Food Chi Fermentation Workshop:
Saturday April 18
in April. Learn how to make your own sauerkraut and natural soda using local, wild ingredients with the help of your own personal chef. Bring home a great way to strengthen your immune system and amazing flavours that will impress your family and friends.
Closed toe shoes, tied back hair. Age 16+ The ability to use a knife.
