Course Name: Groove

Mon Mar 13th $10 + GST

7-8 pm

Ages 16 & Up

Course Description: An interactive, fun and creative group dance experience.

With great music we will untie in simple movements or rhythm patterns on the dance floor, but you will do it your way.  There is no wrong way to Groove.

You will experience some slow meditative grooves, chill grooves and cardio grooves with a little funk, attitude and sass thrown in.
