Build a Wooden Surfboard

Want to build your own surfboard? Over the course of the workshop you will be guided through the construction of your own wooden surfboard. You will choose your style of board in advance and get to leave with a fully constructed board. You will cut out your pieces, shape the blank, shape the rails, chamber the pieces and glass the board. No experience necessary.

Instructor: Elliot Brady is a shop teacher in the Sooke School District. Elliot loves the process of building boards, and will bring that enthusiasm to the workshop.
