The longboats are lovingly maintained by our dedicated volunteers, with funds provided through the Maritime Trust, a committee of the EMCS Society. Additional funds were received this year in the form of grants from New Horizons Canada for our "Old Salts" program, Juan de Fuca Electoral District, and the District of Sooke for funds to replace our sails. Other donations have been received from Edward Milne PAC, rowing groups and users, and a number of private citizens of Sooke.

Our "Old Salts" wish to extend a big thanks to the District of Sooke and the Fire Department for providing us with heated work space this winter to refinish the T'Sou-ke. We really appreciate your assistance!

Our consistent and very generous supporter over the years has been Sooke Marine Industries.
